Health Tips - Body Odor

Body Odor

Here are some possibilities:

  1. Odor from the overall body can indicate toxicity, such as with heavy metals or drugs or an imbalanced diet.  I have seen a heavy metal detox and a drug detox
handle many cases of body odor altogether.
  2. Odors that come from the mouth can be a signal that there is infection in the mouth or digestive problems in the gut.
  3. Odors from the gut, such as with gas, can be a sign that something is rotting in the digestive tract.  In other words, there may be some types of food such as fats, carbohydrates or proteins that are not breaking down correctly.  This is crucial to get handled as your body needs that fuel in a broken-down form to create energy!  There can also be intestinal parasites, viruses, bacteria or fungus.
  4. Odor from feet can often be related to a low chlorophyll (read green vegetables) intake or a high meat diet.  Easy to balance.

Odors can have actual solutions that are not about covering them up.  Your body is trying to let you know something.  Don’t ignore it! If you want to handle a body odor, and want help, set up a phone consultation with me to discuss what you can do.
