Health Tips - Raspberry Sorbet
The nutrient levels are very high: potassium, manganese, magnesium, fiber and vitamin C; also high in calcium, phosphorus, vitamins B-1 and B-2. The natural digestive enzymes in it make it very easy on the tummy.
This recipe makes about 36 ounces of nutritious sorbet, or 3 filling dishes of 104 calories each, with 0 fat!

Ingredients
- the water from 1 freshly-opened coconut frozen in an ice cube tray
- the water from 1 freshly-opened coconut (unfrozen)
- 3/4 cup frozen, organic raspberries
- juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- 2 tablespoons unheated honey
Blend in a Vita-Mix until smooth.
