Health Tips - "Sherman Tank" Body Type

Sherman Tank Body Type

There are different types of bodies people are born with. I am speaking here of the constitution or makeup that one inherits.

There is a body type I refer to as a “Sherman tank”. The Sherman tank was a large armored combat vehicle with treads. Named after General William Sherman, it was the main military tank used in World War II. The Sherman tank was a superior tool of war. Reliable, extremely mobile, fast and tough, it was self-propelling and able to defeat most other tanks of its time. It was easy to service and so hard to destroy that it would take hidden explosives or special weaponry to do so.

Humans can have that type of machine - reliable, tough, easy to maintain, hard to destroy. This is a superior body to have in the battle of “survival”. Just like a Sherman tank, this body appears to conquer environments, maneuvering through life with relative ease.

I have noticed that many people with this body type have deep, unbroken lines in the palms of their hands, which tell of strong organ function. They also tend to have long ear lobes.

The down side to this type of body is that with all that tough armor, changes and problems are not as obvious to its owner. I have seen people with this body type live with “minor” chest pain for years without slowing down while the owner continues to abuse it.

My advice to people with this body type is to pay more attention to their body, even though it seems impervious to everything. If you feel any chest pain, for example, do not ignore it. Get it checked out right away.

This body type can last a very long time with basic good care, eating well, and exercise.

Does this sound like your body type? Maybe you have more of a "Princess and the Pea" body type.

May you be healthy and live long!
