{"id":61,"date":"2009-04-09T23:18:03","date_gmt":"2009-04-09T23:18:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.drpepi.com\/health-tips2\/?p=61"},"modified":"2011-08-22T10:23:39","modified_gmt":"2011-08-22T18:23:39","slug":"vaccines-and-children","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.drpepi.com\/health-tips\/vaccines\/vaccines-and-children\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaccines and Children"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"leadin\">In 1988, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services set up the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to pay damages to individuals and families of individuals injured by specific childhood vaccines <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"http:\/\/www.denlorstools.com\/autoblog\/2020\/02\/%eb%90%98%ea%b0%90%ea%b8%b0-%ed%9a%a8%ea%b3%bc%ec%9d%8c-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">Download the rewind effect<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 2007 the list included vaccines against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough), measles, mumps, rubella (German measles), polio, hepatitis B, varicella (chicken pox), Haemophilus influenzae type b, rotavirus  and pneumonia <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"http:\/\/werning.net\/2020\/02\/10\/%ed%98%b8%ed%81%ac%eb%a7%88-%ec%a2%85%ed%95%a9-%ec%a3%bc%ec%84%9d-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">\ud638\ud06c\ub9c8 \uc885\ud569 \uc8fc\uc11d<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>From 1988 until January 8, 2008, 5,263 claims relating to autism and 2,865 non-autism claims were made to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.e-etoile.com\/2020\/02\/05\/%ec%8a%a4%ed%8a%b8%eb%a6%ac%eb%b0%8d-%ec%98%a4%eb%94%94%ec%98%a4-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">\uc2a4\ud2b8\ub9ac\ubc0d \uc624\ub514\uc624<\/a>. Of these, 925 lawsuits were awarded compensation, 1 of these autism-related.  Awards including attorney&#8217;s fees totaled $847 million.<\/p>\n<p>The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program also applies to claims for injuries suffered before 1988 <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"https:\/\/delanbri.nl\/qpst-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">download qpst<\/a>.  There were 4,264 of these claims.  Of these, 1,189  were paid off with awards totaling $903 million.<\/p>\n<p>On February 18, 2009, the federal &#8220;Vaccine Court&#8221; awarded the parents of 10-year-old Bailey Banks a lump sum of more than $810,000 plus an estimated $30-40,000 per year for services and care <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"https:\/\/www.medicsense.com\/%ec%9c%88%eb%8f%84%ec%9a%b0-10-%ec%95%8c%ec%95%bd-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">\uc708\ub3c4\uc6b0 10 \uc54c\uc57d<\/a>.  This was to compensate for damages resulting from the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine.  The Court ruled that the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine had caused acute brain damage that led to his autism spectrum disorder <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mcmullingroup.com.au\/%ea%b3%a0%eb%93%b1%ed%95%99%ea%b5%90-%ec%84%b8%ea%b3%84%ec%82%ac-%ea%b5%90%ea%b3%bc%ec%84%9c-pdf-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">Download a pdf of high school world history textbooks<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The total amount awarded for vaccine-injury to children is running around $1.75 billion so far. These damages are being paid by a 75-cent tax on every vaccine sold and not by the vaccine manufacturers themselves, in effect making the public pay for the damages <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"http:\/\/www.meridentours.it\/%eb%8d%94%eb%84%8c-%ec%9e%90%eb%a7%89-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">Download the subtitles<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While the media continues to forward the vaccine corporations&#8217; line that vaccines are safe, the federal Vaccine Court has acknowledged the serious risks involved with their use <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"http:\/\/toriteria.sillca.com\/wp\/?p=4610\">s note apk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the Bailey Banks decision, mainstream media have presented a wall of silence.  They join the group of medical doctors and vaccine manufacturers in failing to provide parents critical information regarding the damaging effects of vaccines on children <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"https:\/\/suissemarocain.com\/%ea%b1%b4%ea%b0%95%ec%a0%95%eb%b3%b4-%ec%95%b1-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">\uac74\uac15\uc815\ubcf4 \uc571 \ub2e4\uc6b4\ub85c\ub4dc<\/a>.
