With the large leafy greens, cut out and discard the stems as they are bitter.<\/li>\n<li>5% or less of these higher-starch items should be added for flavor <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"http:\/\/www.karinmelon.com\/%eb%a7%88%ec%9d%b8%ed%81%ac%eb%9e%98%ed%94%84%ed%8a%b8-1-12-2-%ed%8f%ac%ec%bc%93%eb%aa%ac%eb%aa%a8%eb%93%9c-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\">\ub9c8\uc778\ud06c\ub798\ud504\ud2b8 1.12.2 \ud3ec\ucf13\ubaac\ubaa8\ub4dc \ub2e4\uc6b4\ub85c\ub4dc<\/a>.  To 2 cups of the above \u201cbasic juice\u201d, you can add 1 medium-sized carrot or 1 small beet root.  My favorite is \u00bd lime with 1\/3 green apple and 1\/2 fennel bulb for a licorice flavor <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"http:\/\/lab.parallelo.it\/rueballu\/%ed%83%b1%ea%b3%a0-%ec%9d%8c%ec%95%85-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">Tango music<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: fresh raw ginger root.  Start with a small amount (a piece the size of a small olive for 2 cups of juice) and gradually increase.  Ginger adds a spicy flavor to the juice <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"https:\/\/www.antiglobalization.org\/2020\/02\/07\/%ec%8a%a4%ed%94%84%eb%a7%81-%eb%8b%a4%ec%9a%b4%eb%a1%9c%eb%93%9c\/\">Spring<\/a>. It improves digestion and helps dissolve stones in the body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Increase your intake of this juice gradually, as it can detoxify your body <a class=\"dcbf\" href=\"https:\/\/amoyxm.com\/183177.html\">2000s hits<\/a>.  Begin with 1\/2 cup a day and build up to 4 cups per day if you can.
