Here are some suggestions to speed up healing:
- Avoid stressful situations and people.
- Relax in peaceful surroundings.
- No news via TV, radio or computer.
- Stay off your computer, TV and phones as much as possible.
- If you are reading or watching DVDs, choose pleasant, soothing or comic materials.
- Sit outdoors to look at nature and get some sun.
