Healing Environment for Adults

If you are recovering from some physical condition, your environment can play a big part in your recovery time.

Here are some suggestions to speed up healing:

  1. Avoid stressful situations and people.
  2. Relax in peaceful surroundings.
  3. No news via TV, radio or computer.
  4. Stay off your computer, TV and phones as much as possible.
  5. If you are reading or watching DVDs, choose pleasant, soothing or comic materials.
  6. Sit outdoors to look at nature and get some sun. 
  7. Rest!
