Hospital Tests

Hospital tests are often essential for the data they give you, like a window into your body. However, it helps to think ahead with the fact that most hospital tests cause stress which depletes nutrition and energy reserves. This often comes at a time when you can least afford it.

For example after blood draws, your body needs extra nutrition to rebuild the missing blood. Of more concern are the toxic chemicals (dye, barium, lidocaine, etc.) and the radiation and magnetism used in CT scans, MRI’s and nuclear medicine tests. The tests are likely to slow down healing due to the physical stress involved.

To manage better with hospital tests:

  1. Take two Core Level Thiamine, a balanced vitamin B-1, every few hours, especially before any form of tests such as MRI’s or CT scans. These nutrients are probably depleted far more than any other during your hospital tests.
  2. Each day, take several tablets of Core Level Health Reserve, the highest quality and most balanced multiple vitamin that I have found. Spread them out, as your body may not be up for digesting nutrients.
  3. Support the liver’s ability to handle the radioactive dyes and drugs that are part of the testing. Take at least one Core Level Liver per day. Once out of the hospital, take several per day for at least two months to help remove toxins.
  4. To help your body stay energetically balanced, use a Power Shield pendant during X-rays, ultrasound and CT scans. Rinse it in very cold water for several minutes after each test to help discharge the pendant. However, do not use it during an MRI.
  5. Do not take any EPA or omega 3 oil before or during your hospital stay, as these thin the blood. You will not want your blood to have any trouble clotting, should surgery become necessary.

May you always find out good news from your tests!
