Owner’s Manual

No other body is exactly like yours.  You are the only one who can successfully manage your own body, as you are the one who has the most power over it.  Doctors and lab tests can only assist you. 

There is a daily “testing” of your own that you can do.  Try one change at a time to see what makes your body’s statistics better or worse.  If adding a certain food or nutrient into your daily regimen makes something better in your health, then don’t drop it out!

You get to write your own owner’s manual. Make a list of all the foods, nutrients and programs that have really worked for you and a list of what made your statistics worse.  Then keep doing the things that worked and avoid those that didn’t.
