Health Tips - Cinnamon Oat Balls

In this recipe for two, there are 13 grams of protein, 408 mg phosphorus, 138 mg magnesium, 334 mg potassium and almost 4 mg manganese and iron! This recipe also contains 9 grams of dietary fiber.  High dietary fiber has been correlated with reduced cholesterol, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and many intestinal disorders.
