Pepi’s Salsa

Freshly made salsa tastes like heaven. It doesn’t compare to pasteurized salsa in a jar from the supermarket. It is brimming with vitamins and energy!

Locally grown, red tomatoes are a fruit rich in antioxidants and flavor. Cilantro helps to detoxify mercury. Jalapeno seeds are a good parasite remedy.

This recipe makes 3 cups of salsa with few calories and zero grams of fat.

Mix in a Bowl

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 large red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper minced with seeds
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • The juice of 1 regular lime

You can eat immediately as-is or blend briefly in your food processor for a smoother salsa.

Spoon over an omelet, fish, or turkey. Eat it straight or with chips.

Serve this salsa to your family and it will not last long!
