This recipe makes about 36 ounces of nutritious sorbet or 3 servings with 98 calories and only 1/2 gram fat in each serving!


  • the water from 1 freshly-opened young coconut (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 organic dates, pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia extract
  • 1 1/2 cups ice (quantity about equal to the water that comes out of the coconut)
